The problem you mentioned really requires a proper solution.
I plan to add a function to input or modify the title in the tag input modal later.
As you said, pasting the text selected by the user into the title input box is also a good idea.

Request: Sometime the tag don't capture enough or explicit infos.
By example when we want to tags a permalink: In the Tags list page, we see only "Permalink", not very informative...
Can you add a function which, if we select a text before Tagging, it give an option to add the selected text as title of the Tag and not by example "Permalink" ?
