Adds external link section to Anilist manga pages, with Anime-Planet, MyAnimeList, MangaUpdates, MangaDex, and AniSearch.
This has been updated. Manga Updates changed their query recently.
Also if it doesn't show after the page uploads, refresh and it will show.
