Disable YouTube video & screen based ads at home page, and right before or in the middle of the main video playback. Also disable YouTube's anti-adblocker popup dialog. As of now, it only work on embedded player.

AFAIK, the yellow stripes on the video progress bar indicate the insertion points of video ads. If any, they're not too close to each other, and can easily be counted.
As for disableable script functionality with or without a keyboard shortcut, I can not implement it. Sorry. The reason is that it's only for testing, and considering that GM scripts can be disabled via the addon's popup menu.
