## YouTube Toggle Translate Subtitiles

A new script for hover translate and sliding effect for subtitles on YouTube (Hopefully adding VK soon)

For VK(todo): `document.getElementById('vk_external_ru_0');`

## Changes from [youtube-dual-subtitles](https://github.com/jimchen2/youtube-dual-subtitles)

Changed the function `addOneSubtitle` and deleted `removeSubs`

## Non-YouTube Method:

1. Download from VK Video/Rutube/1tv/Dzen/Telegram
2. Use [Google Cloud transcription](https://cloud.google.com/speech-to-text/docs/async-time-offsets)
