Custom colour for author/unreads on Kakuyomu / Narou / Alphapolis's favorite page

Support Kakuyomu/Narou/Alphapolis.
Some function need add author to highlight list first.(open https://kakuyomu.jp/my/antenna/works or https://syosetu.com/favnovelmain/list/ then use "💟" button)
Episode page:
Highlight/autoclick like/cheering button.
favorite page:
highlight listed author and unreads.
Narou:
Auto bookmark (episode page: https://ncode.syosetu.com/n0000nn/1/)
Custom reading history (favorite page: https://syosetu.com/favnovelmain/list/)
Resume reading button (novel page: https://ncode.syosetu.com/n0000nn/)
Kakuyomu:
Save current episode as txt (episode page: https://kakuyomu.jp/works/1234567890/episodes/1234567890)
Note:
Menu command "CCheer" / "Unread" may not work in violentmonkey for fennex(mobile), try built-in storage manager.
"CCheer": Autoclick cheering button On / Off.
Setting will be auto saved.
"Author": Add/Remove author to/from highlight list. Same function as the float "💟" button.
Click "Author" command(or "💟" button) again to save changes.
"Unread": Enter a number as unread counts[default is 3, means only novel has >=4 unread epicodes will be coloured].
Setting will be auto saved.
"Colour": Select one of 'AuthorColour' / 'ButtonColour'(in epicode's cheering button's background colour) / 'UnreadColour', then select a colour from colours list.
Click "Colour" command again to save changes.

1 Open https://syosetu.com/favnovelmain/list/
2 Click user script manager's menu command "Author", select "珍比良" and "ウスバー" then click "Author" again to save changes to highlight list.
3 Goto https://ncode.syosetu.com/n9161hp/1/ or https://ncode.syosetu.com/n0608gd/43/ scroll to page bottom(cheering button's position), cheering button will be auto clicked.
