Adds a hover effect to VTES card names, showing you the image

This is a rough draft
Attempts to add an underline to words signify "Hey I'm a VTES card", and if you mouseover, you should see a preview of the card in the top right.
Known issues:
- in cases where card names container other card names, like, "Govern the Unaligned" contains "Una", both can be hovered lol
- possibly just showing a card in the top right isn't good and it should be relevant to cursor
- not currently solving issue with cards using forward ticks or back ticks etc, so, some cards aren't going to work
- needs to be OPTIMIZED, which you shouldn't do right away, everyone knows that
Currently just enabled for:
- https://vtesone.wordpress.com/
- https://www.secretlibrary.info/
