Sometimes Crunchyroll inexplicably doesn't create a "coming soon" thumbnail for the next episode of a show. When your queue is as big as mine, it's much easier to see if there are any new episodes to watch when only the new episodes have real thumbnail images.
That's what this script does. If the "next" episode in a show has more than 70% marked progress then it will replace the thumbnail image with the "coming soon" one. You can see which ones have been updated as they will still have the (greyed instead of orange) progress bar below the thumbnail image.
